Rear view - looking up to deck		 This is the famous wall. It looks strange to us because it doesn't connect to the roof. There is, to say the least, a variety of views on how to "fix" it.

The roof is about 80% done this week. Also this week, the deck on the second floor starts to take shape, and we find that there is a wall projecting into the kitchen that looks very, very conspicuous. Much fretting was done over how to make the wall less obvious.
