First storm of winter 2019/20 spritzes Newark with a bit of snow.

Whatever it is, it's getting more elaborate. New posts with little globes (lights?) on top appeared over the weekend.

Like some sort of fairy toadstool ring, these colourful blocks and planters popped up in Newark's Washington Park. I have no clue why. They weren't here yesterday.
