Here in Istanbul, you find shade where you can, a breeze if possible. Even at the end of September it’s hot here. The summer must be unbearable.
The gangster was at least half right. The dodgy rental car made the 5 hour drive to Kaş without crapping out.
...And yes, I noticed that my headgear is even more ridiculous than before.
We stayed in Parikia, a charming port that manages to be both a gaudy beach town and a pretty old Mediterranean village, with whitewashed alleyways, covered at this time of year with bougainvillea blooms.
