Halloween is a big deal around here. I guess it’s hard to organize treats in the walk ups and condos in Hoboken, so the businesses along Washington St fill the gap. The are many part time employees morosely sitting in doorways with a box of treats, but some places show off, like Charrito’s vegan restaurant with their Aztec extravaganza.
Also saw this a couple of blocks away.
