Two households…

@ Castello Sant'Angelo

Two households, both alike in dignity, In fair Verona, where we lay our scene…

William Shakespeare , “Romeo & Juliette”

OK so the setting is Roma, not Verona, where we’ve been for a little more than a day.

Andrew has come and gone.

But yesterday we saw Isabella and met the Noble household.  John, her father and Jack, her brother, at a performance of Romeo and Juliette (Jack is a very good Romeo). Afterwards, we all had dinner together.  So, all in all, a busy day.

And we did some more exploring too.

  1. Looks like you have had a very nice time in Rome so far.
Those seats in the theater look challenging, hope the play
was not too long! Nice to see Isabella’s family.
    Many thanks,
